Q1: Can I customize aluminum flight cases with special sizes and inner foam?

A: Yes. We provide full customization. You can choose outer dimensions, aluminum frame style, hardware, and EVA/PU foam interior. We can cut foam according to your equipment drawings or samples.

Q2: Can logos be printed on flight cases?

A: We can screen-print logos, brand names, and company information.

Q3:Can the colors of the aluminum frame and panel be changed?

A: The standard aluminum frame is silver; for large-volume orders, we can customize aluminum frames in black, blue, red, and other colors. Panels are typically available in black or silver; for large-volume orders, we can customize them in orange, red, and other colors.

Q4: Can I get a sample flight case before bulk order?

A: Sample orders are accepted. Sample cost and freight will be charged, and we can discuss partial sample refund when you place mass production orders.

Q1: Are your flight cases waterproof and shockproof?

A: Standard cases have basic splash-proof and anti-collision performance. We can add sealing strips, shock-absorbing rubber corners for stronger waterproof and impact resistance upon request.

Q2: What industries are aluminum flight cases suitable for?

A: Widely used for medical equipment, testing instruments, stage audio & lighting, robot transport, industrial machinery, photographic equipment and precision tools.

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A：The minimum order quantity for custom products is 1 unit; please inquire about the minimum order quantity for standard products.

Q2: How long is the production lead time?

A: Samples: 5–10 working days. Mass production: 15–25 working days, subject to order quantity and customization details.

Ⅳ、Shipping & Logistics

Q1: What shipping ways can we choose? Sea freight, air freight or express?

A: We can arrange sea shipping, air cargo and international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We will recommend the most cost-effective solution based on order volume.

Q2: Will flight cases be packed well to avoid damage during transit?

A: Each finished case will be wrapped by plastic film and packed into cartons. For overseas long-distance transport, we can add extra wooden package as an option.

Q1: Are you direct factory instead of trading company?

A: Yes, we are a professional manufacturer of aluminum protective cases. We have our own workshop, so we can offer competitive factory direct prices.

Q2: Do aluminum cases have weight limits for carrying equipment?

A: Load capacity depends on frame, panel and hardware configuration. Tell us your gross weight demand, we will recommend the suitable reinforced structure.

Q3: Can you produce wheeled flight cases with handles?

A: Of course. We can install pull handles, side grips, silent casters, brake wheels according to requirements.
